Nick Pobocik President

Hello Everyone! My name is Nicholas Pobocik, but you can call me Nick for short! To say a little about myself, I am a fourth year student in the Elementary Education program. I am originally from the small town of Lennon, MI which is a small suburb of Flint. I'll be the first one to tell you that I am very excited to be in my current e-board position, because I love the Newman Center and I truly enjoy being an instrument of the Lord in the best way I can. With the help of the Lord, our e-board, and myself, we hope to provide you with a positive influence here at the Newman Center, and I personally look forward to helping you in anyway I can. My name is Jess Beauchamp. I have been at Ferris for four years working towards earning my bachelors in Forensic Biology. I have always really liked to get involved, which is partially what encouraged me to join the Newman Center at the beginning of my freshmen year. I am also an RA on campus and tutor for the biology department. Other than that I just really almost any opportunity when I get the chance to try something new. |

Chris Woelkers Technology Chair

Hello, I'm Chris. I am from Marine City, MI on the other side of the state. My job as the tech guy includes taking care of the website and everything related to it. This includes taking lots of pictures, and making new pages for them on the site. This is my third year in the CNS, Computer Networks and Systems, program. Other than that I can say that I am very good with dealing with computers and computer related problems. Which probably lead to me doing this great and fun job:) |

Annie Grant Historian

Hey there! My name is Annie Grant. I have been in the pre-nursing program for the past two years and I am going to be starting the Nursing (BSN) program this fall! My goal is to become a nurse anesthetist. Nursing is truly my passion and I know that becoming a nurse is part of God's plan for my life. I am from Port Huron, Michigan, which is about an hour north of Detroit. I am currently a member of the FSU Women's Tennis Team and I love to play tennis for fun! This is my second year being the Historian for the Newman Center for Catholic Students at FSU. I loved being the Historian last year and I'm super excited for another spirit-filled year!
